HOW IT WORKS
Start with a Deep Dive: We begin with a thorough analysis of your symptoms and health history to understand your starting point. This includes hearing about your experiences—what’s working, what’s challenging, and how I can best support you.
Personalized Planning: Based on your unique needs, we’ll create a customized plan that begins with foundational steps for better health.
Supportive Progress: As we move forward, we’ll adjust your plan as needed, focusing on compassionate support, a nutrient-dense, whole foods diet, and targeted supplementation to help you reach your goals.
Stand Alone Services
Stand-Alone Services are one-time email offerings—no Initial Consultation or appointment required. They're perfect if you're just getting started, looking for focused guidance, or prefer support without a long-term commitment. These services are available to both new and established clients.
Checks and Balances
$59
Checks and Balances offers a clear snapshot of your nutrition and overall health through a comprehensive symptom burden analysis. This analysis is performed using the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), a detailed tool made up of approximately 300 questions designed to highlight where your body may need the most support by identifying stressors and imbalances.
The NAQ is also an integral part of the onboarding process for both Initial Email and Initial Virtual Consultations.

FAQs
-
Nutritional Therapy is a personalized approach to health that uses food, supplements, and lifestyle changes to support the body’s natural healing processes. It aims to address the root causes of health issues by improving diet and nutrient intake.
-
A nutrient-dense, properly prepared whole foods diet focuses on eating foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients. It emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods—such as vegetables, fruits, quality meats, whole grains, and healthy fats—that are prepared in traditional ways (like soaking, fermenting, or slow-cooking) to enhance digestion and nutrient absorption.
-
From a functional perspective, foundational health steps are key lifestyle and nutritional practices that support the body’s core systems and promote long-term wellness. These include maintaining proper mineral balance, consuming essential fatty acids, staying well-hydrated, regulating blood sugar levels, supporting healthy digestion, and following a nutrient-dense, properly prepared whole foods diet. Together, these foundations help restore balance, optimize function, and address the root causes of many health issues.
-
A symptom burden analysis is a tool used to assess the frequency and severity of a person’s symptoms to identify potential imbalances or underlying health issues. We use the NAQ (Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire), which includes over 300 questions to provide a comprehensive view of your health. This detailed analysis helps us track patterns across different body systems and guide personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

When it comes to changing your diet, we understand that giving up foods you love can feel overwhelming. That’s why we focus first on adding in nourishing, beneficial foods and lifestyle habits, allowing many less supportive choices to naturally fall away. In some cases, we may recommend a short-term elimination diet to help identify food triggers and give your body a chance to rest and heal. This process is not usually permanent—most foods can be thoughtfully reintroduced in moderation once your system has had time to recover.
And remember, sometimes the food isn’t the problem—it’s the ingredients. It’s not always the cookie—it might just be what’s in the cookie. You won’t have to give up your favorite foods; we’ll just find a more beneficial way for you to enjoy them.

If you've already completed Checks and Balances and are ready to continue with coaching, please book either the Initial Virtual Session or Initial Email Session to complete the rest of the onboarding process.
If you haven’t done Checks and Balances yet, no worries—it’s included as part of the initial sessions if you’d prefer to start there.
